RYLU was founded in 2017 when two 35 year-long friends decided to team and pool their knowledge of Real Estate, Architecture and Design-Build to create a strategic and forward-thinking development company.  RYLU has acquired 5 buildings since it inception initially focusing on long term hold, cash flow properties. ​

Ana has over 13 years of experience in property management and tenant relations. In addition to day to day management of assets, Ana excels in and provides Rylu Development with in-house marketing, financial budgeting and assisted leasing for multi-tenant commercial buildings. She is highly skilled in negotiating contracts with vendors in order to reduce operating cost. 

She has been essential in creating an 18% increase in sales at RYLU Development, by increasing tenancy leasing.

Ryan is a 3rd Generation San Jose Native and Real Estate Agent in the Bay Area, with his father and grandfather starting a practice in 1942 with 76 years as real estate professionals and all three of them with a cumulative 135 years in Silicon Valley Real Estate.  Since Ryan’s entry into Real Estate, his sole focus has been Commercial Properties. To date Ryan has transacted over 4.5 Million Square Feet at over $200 Million in transaction value.

Ryan has gained over 10 years of direct experience in real estate investing, development and equity investing through his joint venture relationships.

Ryan is a graduate of University of California at Davis with a BA in Sociology and Economics. 
Ryan is actively involved in a number of charitable organizations throughout the Silicon Valley.
